The villa has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a pool, garage, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a large terrace with views of the sea and city of Positano. All bedrooms have a double bed, air conditioning, and heating. Except for the fifth bedroom that has twin beds. And all the bedrooms have access to a private balcony with a table and chairs and breathtaking views of the sea and Positano. The kitchen has all the amenities to prepare hot meals including a gas stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, refrigerator, and freezer. All bathrooms have a shower, toilet, bidet, and washbasin. Some bathrooms have a hydromassage shower. The Positano Exclusive Villa also has a gym and different exercise equipment. The guest can reach the gym from the hallway.
Exteriors
The swimming pool is rectangular and measures 6.20 x 4.00 meters with a depth of 0.30 to 1.60 meters. The pool inside is made of dowels of different colors. The water color changes depending on the depth of the pool and the direction of the sun. The jacuzzi area has six lumbar and spine massage vents. The pool has a drop-down water feature and lighting consisting of six 50W spotlights. And, it is open from April until the beginning of November. The large terrace around the swimming pool is 200 square meters and has a large table and chairs for 12 people, benches, sun loungers, and parasols. The terrace offers breathtaking views of the sea and Positano. Each floor of the villa has access to the terrace and pool. There is a private garage on the first floor (for 6 small cars or 4 medium/large cars). The garage is accessible from the main road. An elevator takes you from the garage to the different floors of the villa.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
