Interiors

Located off the beaten path along the coast, the house is part of a XVIII century farmhouse. It features an extraordinary view of the Gulf of Naples and a beautiful flowering garden. The Massa Lubrense Historical House, on three levels, has a seafaring style. On the ground floor is the living room with dining area, where you will find two sofas, armchairs and a round table with chairs for up to 8 people. The kitchen has a 4-burner gas stove with gas oven and is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine (Moka Bialetti), electric kettle, cooking utensils  and no steam” electric iron. On the same floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and another bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom. The second floor consists of one bedroom with double bed, and one bedroom with twin beds. It is accessible through an external stairway. It also features two bathrooms with shower.

Exteriors

This Massa Lubrense holiday rental moreover features an enchanting view over the Gulf of Naples and the Island of Ischia. Bougainvillea, hydrangeas and wild iris embellish the garden of the property, which also boasts a panoramic solarium surrounded by a lemon grove. Just a few steps next to the property you will find a wonderful swimming pool made in 2022. Near the house you will find a round dining table under the shade of a portico. This is the perfect place to have a drink in front of the amazing sunset! Important: here the privacy is not total, since the entrance of the courtyard is shared with the lovely Italian owners of the villa and the guardian. But the situation is very pleasant and authentic. The access to the property is through a 50 mt. narrow private road not suitable for sport or large cars. The house also has a parking for 2 cars.

Location

This lovely holiday rental is situated in the heart of the Gulf of Sorrento. In fact, it lies in the fishing village of Massa Lubrense. Characterized by colorful houses and rocky beaches, Massa Lubrense is a great place to relax and a perfect base for visiting the region. Sorrento, Pompei, Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, Naples and the island of Capri are all easily accessible for day trips. There are several beaches you can reach by car, such as Marina del Cantone, or by foot, such as Marina della Lobra. At Marina della Lobra you can rent a boat to explore the outstanding coast of Sorrento. Upon request, we can arrange guided tours by boat or car. The nearest sea is accessible through a 15 minutes down the harbor. The Marina della Lobra cliff features sunbeds and umbrellas and directly accesses the sea down a cement ladder. The return walk from the port to the village of Massalubrense is definitely uphill but you can arrange a taxi for the most tired! The nearby beaches are: 1) beach (sand) of Puolo, a delightful ancient fishing village, overlooking the Gulf of Naples looking at the Vesuvius, with a beach and nice little restaurants behind where a spaghetti and a fresh fish can be enjoyed at any time even staying in costume bathroom and pareo. 2) beach (pebbles) of Nerano / Marina del Cantone: beautiful large inlet with restaurants and super equipped beach and every comfort. You both arrive in your own car or taxi. The first one is 10 minutes from the Villa, the second one is 30 minutes.
