This spectacular Lucca Farm House was once an ancient stone farm house dating back to the 11th century. The villa has been carefully restored using original, ancient materials to offer luxury standards while preserving its historic roots. The villa’s antique furniture dates back to the 19th century, much of it hand-made by local artisan craftsmen.
The Lucca Farm House consists of six air-conditioned bedrooms and six bathrooms spread over two floors. The ground floor offers a spacious entrance hall, grand living room with fireplace, formal dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, study with a HD satellite TV and blu-ray player and a large bathroom. One of the six bedrooms is also located on the ground floor. It features twin beds which can be connected to create a queen sized bed.
Two outdoor verandas lie just outside the villa. One is equipped with an outdoor stone BBQ and a large stone table making it perfect for al fresco dining. The other is designed for relaxing under the sun on the outdoor sofas.
The remaining five bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa, all with en-suite bathrooms. There are two master bedrooms, both featuring a queen-size bed, and three double bedrooms all with joinable twin beds. All bedrooms are spacious and elegantly decorated. They all offer ample wardrobe space and large windows looking out onto the spectacular valley below.
Exteriors
The villa is located on the hills just above Lucca and boasts extraordinary panoramic views of the city and the surrounding valley. It is encompassed by 80 acres of private land abundant in vineyards and olive groves. While exploring these grounds, guests will have the opportunity to stumble upon local wildlife such as owls, indigenous birds, owls, hawks, hedgehogs and fireflies. The Lucca Farm House also features a private outdoor swimming pool.
Location
Lucca, one of the smaller Tuscan cities, is hidden behind Renaissance walls full of authentic cobbled streets and majestic piazzas. Effortlessly access Florence and Siena from the villa and explore some of the nearby stunning destinations such as Portofino and Cinque Terre.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
