Interiors

On the ground floor of this charming Lake Maggiore Villa, you will find a cosy sitting room decorated in a classic style featuring sofas, a flat screen TV, desk, fireplace and elegant bookshelves. The house’s large bay windows allow for stunning views from inside and a constant stream of natural light. Further along, a dining room overlooks the pool and mountains. A fully furnished, modern kitchen caters to all you needs and includes an oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. A toilet can also be found on this floor.

The bedrooms are located up a few stairs. Three double bedrooms open up onto a spacious balcony overlooking the garden and the lake for guests to make the most of the splendid panorama. Two bathrooms also feature on this floor, one of them furnished with a bathtub, the other with a whirlpool tub and shower. In case of an extra guest, a foldaway bed can be added to one of the bedrooms.

A brand new spa has been recently added to the property. Situated in a separate glass house, it includes a gym, a built in sauna and a shower.

Exteriors

The sliding glass doors of the living room access a decked terrace shaded by a retractable awning. A table provides guests with the opportunity to dine outside whilst admiring the breathtaking views of the lake below. A barbecue is also at your disposal for summer dining. A spacious infinity swimming pool with a shower also overlooks the landscape and is heated by solar panels. Surrounded by a wooden deck, the pool is also furnished with deckchairs and sun loungers for you to bask in the Italian sun.

Furthermore, the house is encircled by a spacious green garden with beautiful trimmed lawns, hedges, trees and flowers. Several sitting areas are dotted around the garden for guests to admire everything that the lake and garden has to offer.

A parking area is also situated at the entrance of the villa.

Situated on a tranquil hillside overlooking Lake Maggiore, this villa is ideal for a relaxing getaway. Within walking distance of the town of Pallanza Verbania, charming boutiques, restaurants and cafes are also on your doorstep. Experience the local cuisine and wines or take a stroll along the lakeside promenade. A ferry service also gives you the opportunity explore the treasures of Lake Maggiore such as the Borromean Islands and the monastery of Santa Caterina del Sasso. Even Switzerland is only a ferry ride away!
