The villa’s spacious and bright living room features a comfortable lounge area with a TV and large sliding doors that open directly onto the terrace, framing magnificent views of Lake Maggiore. An open-plan kitchen and dining area (separable from the lounge with sliding doors) provide a convivial setting for meals, while a guest toilet adds convenience.
A few steps lead to the main sleeping area with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, the other with a whirlpool tub and shower cabin. All bedrooms open onto a shared balcony overlooking the garden and lake.
On the lower floor, a fourth bedroom with two single beds offers direct access to the garden. This level also includes a bathroom with shower and a laundry area.
Exteriors
The living room opens onto a covered terrace equipped with a retractable awning, perfect for al fresco dining, sipping cocktails, or simply relaxing while taking in the panoramic lake views. A barbecue is also available for summer meals.
Set within an 8,000 m² private park, the villa boasts manicured lawns, shady trees, and colorful flowers. The infinity pool, surrounded by a wooden deck with sun loungers, deckchairs, and umbrellas, invites guests to bask in the Italian sunshine or cool off while admiring the spectacular lake backdrop. Several sitting areas around the garden provide peaceful corners to relax and enjoy the scenery.
Private parking is available at the entrance of the property.
Location
Nestled on a quiet residential hillside, Lakeside Holiday Villa is just 600 meters from the charming center of Pallanza Verbania, where you’ll find boutiques, cafés, and restaurants. A stroll along the lake promenade or a ferry ride will take you to some of Lake Maggiore’s most celebrated attractions, including the Borromean Islands, Stresa, the monastery of Santa Caterina del Sasso, and Angera Castle. Switzerland is also within easy reach for a memorable day trip.

A discreet caretaker family (2 adults and 1 child 1 small Jack Russell terrier) lives in a separate part of the villa with its own entrance. They only share the laundry area and will not interfere with your stay while being available if needed.

Part of the garden is fenced due to a steep drop. Guests should take care with children and use caution when walking on unlit steps in the evening.

Booking and Payment

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
