Interiors
This luxury Lake Maggiore Private Villa can host up to 10 people. In the main villa there are four large double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. In addition to this building there is also a guest cottage with two single beds, a kitchen and a bathroom available for an extra charge. The interiors of the Lake Maggiore Private Villa have a high quality Italian design with comfortable furniture and elegant decorations. Overall the decorations emit a classic and chic ambience, catering to those with fine taste.
The living room includes two sets of soft sofas as well as an antique fireplace. Also there is a spacious dining area suitable for 8, a large fully-equipped kitchen including a large refrigerator and plenty of counter space. There is also a private fitness room. In addition, upstairs there is a sitting area, billiard table and a variety of games for both children and adults to enjoy.
Finally for guest entertainment and comfort, the Lake Maggiore Private Villa provides satellite TV, a DVD player, phone and wireless internet. Several of the rooms have direct access to the outside area of the villa.
Exteriors
Outside you will find a large covered terrace with carefully arranged outdoor furniture. This space accomodates al fresco dining with spectacular views over the lake. Nestled inside a park, this villa provides a plethora of outdoor activities for guests who are active and love the outdoors. A beautifully kept grassy area surrounds a large heated swimming pool. From here there are gorgeous views of the lake with trees and shrubs lining the shore’s perimeter.
Included in the rental price of the villa are canoes, bikes, a sailing dinghy and a motor boat rental. There are also a tennis court, a 9 hole golf course and a helicopter landing pad within the property. In addition, one can go waterskiing or book a sight-seeing trip with the owner in his private helicopter. They can also enjoy a sailing yacht (15m) or vintage wooden motorboat (12m). A private chef and massage service are also available upon request.
The friendly owners live in a second house in the same resort, approximately 50m from the villa. They are nearby to accommodate guests but are respectful of vacationers’ privacy.
Location
You will find the villa in the private residential area of Solcio di Lesa. It is half-way between Arona (7 km) and Stresa (10 km), and is the ideal starting point for visiting Lake Maggiore and the surrounding countryside. Stresa is the most popular tourist town of Lake Maggiore with its many shops, restaurants and a beautiful lakeside promenade. From there you can hop on a ferry and explore the lake, its islands and the natural beauty in both Italy and Switzerland. Easy day trips are possible to the cities of Milan, Locarno and Lugano. You can also go to the famous Piedmont vineyards, the romantic Lake Orta and the nearby mountain valleys.
The closest airport is Milan Malpensa at 32km away or Bergamo Orio al Serio at 115km.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
