Interiors

The Como Lakefront Villa accommodates up to 10 guests, with a total of 3 bedrooms. One of these bedrooms is not in the main Villa but in the adjacent dependance, a gorgeous fisherman’s cottage, right on the lake, accomodating 2 people. In the main house, the spacious living room features a sofa bed that can accomodate 2 people, a beautiful Blüthner grand piano and a stunning chandelier. In fact, the Villa features a large collection of Murano glass chandeliers dating from 1900. Guests will also find an elegant dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and necessary utensils. Upstairs, guests will find two suites featuring double beds and bathrooms. A seperate room that includes another double fold out sofa bed is also at guests’ disposal. Each room is simply and elegantly decorated and the bathrooms are extremely modern. In the fisherman’s cottage, guests will find another double suite with its bathroom. This small house has the particularity of also being a dock for boats, meaning guests have direct access to the lake. With its stone walls and wooden beams, it is truly charming, dating back from 1720. Beautifully restored, it now features a large retractable glass window overlooking the lake. It is a stunning place to enjoy meals or relax whilst soaking up gorgeous lake views. Air conditioning, heating and WiFi feature in both the Villa and the dock’s interiors. A washing machine and dryer are also at guests’ disposal, as well as satellite TV with Netflix and an indoor and outdoor sound system. A daily cleaning service is also included.

Exteriors

The Como Lakefront Villa’s garden is spacious and full of vegetation with a bright, neat lawn. At the front of the Villa, guests will find a charming fountain. Guests also benefit from a private pool and lounge area. A gorgeous dining terrace also features on the edge of the lake, for outside meals with breathtaking views. With its fairytale mood, the beautiful garden of the Villa makes for an ideal wedding reception location.

Location

Right on the edge of Lake Como, the Neoclassical Lakefront Villa stands in the town of Belvio, opposite the town of Cernobbio, visible on the other side of the lake. The enchanting town of Belvio, with its beautiful parish church, is only two kilometres away from the regional capital, Como. It is the ideal place for relaxing, doing sports and discovering nature. Excellent hiking trails connect several hills and mountains around the lake. We also recommend you take a boat to visit other major cities of the lake. Bicycle and boat rentals, guided tours, and waterskiing can be arranged from the Villa at extra cost for guests to explore the lake’s spectacular surroundings and make the most of their holiday.
