Interiors

This Amalfi Coast villa with private pool, sleeps 12 people in 6 bedrooms. It spreads over three floors and the owners have divided the space into 5 suites. Each luxury suite has a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, as well as a living room and outside space. Guests can enjoy panoramic sea views from windows throughout the property. You can access the first suite via the garden. The suite is on the ground floor, with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, a shower, and living area. The remaining 4 suites all have external access, but internal staircases also connect them. The second suite has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a living room with terrace access.

The third has a double bedroom, living room, and external staircase leading down to the garden. The fourth suite has a living room and bathroom with shower, with a ladder leading up to a mezzanine level. Here guests will find a double bedroom with frescoed ceilings. The fifth and final suite has a large living room with views over Capri. A ladder leads up to a mezzanine double bedroom, again with a frescoed ceiling. All bedroom suites have televisions and convertible sofa beds. Furthermore, a separate building in the garden serves as a central area for guests to gather together. It offers a spacious dining and sitting area. In its kitchen guests can enjoy the morning breakfast service. There is also a rooftop terrace accessed via a spiral staircase. This provides the perfect spot for sunbathing, and offers sun beds and an outdoor shower.

Exteriors

The villa sits in a landscaped garden surrounded by private woodland (10000 sqm). You will also find many shaded areas in the garden, perfect for afternoon relaxing. Moreover, the manicured lawns and garden look directly out over the sea. Guests will also find a pretty veranda fully-equipped for al fresco dining with a wood-fired oven, barbecue and outdoor kitchen. In addition, there is a private swimming pool which measures 6 metres x 4 metres with a depth of 1.5 metres. Nearby is a whirlpool which seats up to 8 people and an outdoor shower. All outdoor areas are also lit up at night, including the pool. Outdoor equipped Wellness area. The pool, loggia, garden and walkways are illuminated at night. In addition there is parking for up to 7 cars available. Finally, guests should note that the access road to the villa is narrow, and the maximum width for a car is 1.7 metres. Upon request, a shuttle service can be provided to and from the villa. Free parking is available at close distance from the property.
