Interiors
Massa Lubrense Villa is arranged over three levels and combines elegant historic details with modern comforts.
The ground floor includes four bedroom areas. Arorella features a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, while an additional twin bedroom is available only upon request and at an extra charge. Sponda offers a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a furnished garden area.
San Montano includes a living area, bathroom and sleeping area, with direct access to the garden. Montecorbo features a double bedroom, bathroom, living area and a small sea-view balcony with stairs leading to the garden. Although the two units visually overlook one another, they have completely separate entrances, bathrooms and living spaces.
The first floor contains a laundry area equipped with a washing machine.
On the second floor, San Filippo features a living area, shower room, sleeping area in a frescoed loft and a small garden-view balcony. The San Francesco master suite includes a spacious living room, bathroom and two double bedrooms, one located in a frescoed loft, as well as a private terrace and exclusive access to the rooftop.

he private gardens extend across more than 3,000 square metres and include landscaped green areas designed for outdoor relaxation.
The garden features an open-plan communal area with a kitchen, a dining table seating up to 16 guests and a comfortable lounge area. Directly in front of this space are the main swimming pool, which is not heated, and a shared whirlpool tub, also not heated.
The outdoor facilities also include a pergola-covered dining area, a barbecue, a wood-fired oven and a professional kitchen operated exclusively by the villa staff. Two guest bathrooms are available in the outdoor common area.
Parking is available for up to five cars. However, please note that the access road accommodates vehicles with a maximum width of 1.7 meters. Additionally, a shuttle service can be arranged upon request..
Location
Massa Lubrense Villa is located approximately 15 minutes by car from Sorrento and around a 10-minute walk from the main town centre.
The property enjoys panoramic sea views across the Gulf of Naples, with views of Capri from the terrace.
Guests should note that the access road leading to the villa is extremely narrow. For this reason, it is strongly recommended either not to rent a car or to choose a small vehicle, such as a Fiat Panda or a similar model.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
