Stresa Elegant Villa extends over three floors and revolves around a central stately hall. An impressive spiral staircase connects each level, while two symmetrical wings create a balanced and functional layout.
On the main floor, one wing hosts a spacious living room with a cozy sitting area, open fireplace, and separate TV lounge. On the opposite side, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that opens directly onto the outdoor terrace. In addition, this level includes two toilets and a laundry room.
Moving upstairs, the first floor features five bedrooms. In one wing, the master bedroom includes a double bed, dressing room, and ensuite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi bathtub. Next to it, there is a twin bedroom with two single beds. Meanwhile, the other wing offers three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.
On the second mansard floor, three further bedrooms provide additional accommodation. One wing includes a bedroom with a round double bed, optionally a double sofa bed, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. This level also features a Turkish steam room. On the opposite side, there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms offer air conditioning and a TV, ensuring consistent comfort throughout the villa.
Exteriors
Outdoors, Stresa Elegant Villa centers around a private courtyard that enhances both privacy and atmosphere. Here, a terrace with lounge area sits under two large parasols. Moreover, a flowered pergola creates a shaded corner for relaxing.
The private heated swimming pool includes a whirlpool zone and is surrounded by sun loungers. Adjacent to the pool, a pool house provides a changing room and two bathrooms with showers, adding convenience to the outdoor living areas.
In addition, the grounds feature a tennis court that guests can also use for football or volleyball. A petanque terrain offers further leisure opportunities, while a consecrated chapel completes the property’s distinctive character.
Location
Stresa Elegant Villa is peacefully positioned on the border of Stresa, just 400 meters from its charming historic center. Guests can easily walk to boutiques, restaurants, and the lakeside promenade. Known as the pearl of Lake Maggiore, Stresa is one of the most popular resorts on the lake and an excellent base for exploring the Borromeo Islands and surrounding villages by ferry.
Please note: The owners reside in a separate villa within the same private park, approximately 100 meters away. Access to the tennis court, petanque court, and chapel is shared. They remain discreet and fully respectful of guests’ privacy, while being readily available to assist with any requests and to provide recommendations or local insights should you wish.

Booking and Payment

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
