Interiors
Guests access Sorrento Spa Villa directly from the main road through an automatic gate. This leads to private parking for two cars, complete with an electric car charging station. From here, a few steps descend to the ground floor, where an enclosed veranda opens onto a bright and spacious living room. This area offers a comfortable space to relax throughout the day.
From the living room, a corridor leads to the fully equipped kitchen, which overlooks the furnished outdoor patio. The kitchen includes a hob, sink, 60 cm and 90 cm ovens, a fridge-freezer with ice dispenser, a dishwasher, and a dining table with chairs. As a result, it suits both casual meals and longer stays.
The villa’s bedrooms are distributed across all floors, and each bedroom includes a private bathroom and a safe. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two with king-size beds and one with a double bed that can convert into twin beds on request. Meanwhile, the ground floor hosts an additional double bedroom. The attic level features a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, fireplace, sofa bed, and both window and skylight. All bathrooms include heated towel rails. In addition, the villa offers a guest bathroom on the ground floor and a service bathroom in the basement.
Exteriors
Steps from the veranda lead down to the basement, where the private spa area is located. This space includes a sunken hot tub, sauna, emotional shower, and a furnished fitness area. A laundry room is also available on this level. An internal staircase connects the basement directly to the living room. Furthermore, a lift serves all floors, from the basement up to the attic, alongside the illuminated internal staircase.
Outside, the villa offers a furnished sea-view terrace, ideal for relaxing moments. The private swimming pool measures 3.40 x 1.80 metres and is 50 cm deep. It is open from 1 May to 31 October. Garden furniture is provided, and a restaurant and bar are located nearby.
Location
Sorrento Spa Villa enjoys a highly convenient location within walking distance of many amenities. Restaurants are located approximately 300 metres away, while shops can be reached in about 500 metres. La Marinella pebble beach lies around 700 metres from the villa. In addition, both the bus stop and the Circumvesuviana Sorrento train station are approximately 1 kilometre away. Marina Grande sandy beach is about 3 kilometres from the property, and Capodichino International Airport is located roughly 50 kilometres away.
Despite its city-centre setting, the villa offers a high level of privacy and a full range of facilities for an independent stay. Moreover, its location allows guests to enjoy Sorrento’s mild climate, proximity to the sea, and easy access to the area’s cultural, natural, and gastronomic highlights. As a result, Sorrento Spa Villa represents an excellent base for a comfortable and well-connected holiday.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
