Interiors
This Sicily Elegant Villa’s interiors are spread out over the first floor, with the wellness centre in the basement. It features a large living area furnished with sofas, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen corner. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridges, a freezer, toaster, coffee machine, stove, oven, microwave, blender and kettle.
The stylish decorations, color code and charming beamed ceiling give this room an elegant but comfortable look.
On the right, guests will find a twin bedroom, which shares a beautiful stone bathroom with the other bedroom. This one features a small double bed. The beautiful master bedroom features its own private bathroom.
Air conditioning and WiFi are included throughout the property. A washing machine is also at guests’ disposal.
In the basement, only accessible from outside, guests will find the wellness centre. The ideal place to relax, it features a jacuzzi, a sauna, an emotional shower and bathroom.
Exteriors
Guests of the Sicily Elegant Villa benefit from a stunning pool, equipped with deckchairs, parasols, seating and an outdoor shower. A small, well-kept garden with palm trees also encircles the Villa. Terraces with lounge and seating areas are dotted around the estate. The most notable area is the outside dining table on the front terrace. High up, it overlooks the landscape below for guests to enjoy stunning views during their meals. A barbecue is also available for guests to use.

Location
On the north west coast of Sicily, this Villa is located within the tranquility of a residential area in the town of Marausa. Only 9 km from the larger town of Trapani, the house is also just 3km from Marausa’s idyllic beaches. The town of Marsala, known for its ruins and stunning nature reserves, is also just a short drive away. The Villa is also an optimal starting point for visiting other places such as Erice, the Egadi islands, the Zingaro reserve and the archeological sites of Segesta, Mothia and Selinunte.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
