Our Lighthouse Favignana villa rental sleeps up to 8 guests in three bedrooms with three bathrooms. The property comprises of two units, which can be used independently or as one whole. a communal dining area connects these two spaces, which is open to the warm breezes that roll in from the sea. The living areas have comfortable sofas, armchairs and a television. The owners have designed the house to ensure it integrates perfectly into the local landscape, using light sandstone from local quarries. Furthermore the spacious rooms flood with sunlight and look out onto the garden. The end result is elegant yet also simple.
There is also a roof terrace with deck chairs and sea views.
Exteriors
This beautiful lighthouse villa is newly built, a seamless blend of modern architecture and ancient Sicilian tradition. The choice of building materials is in keeping with local resources, and the Mediterranean-style architecture creates a fluidity between interiors and external spaces. The house sits in a fragrant Mediterranean garden (15,000 square metres). The garden contains many local species of domestic and wild plants. Also, the central patio with pergola provides a beautiful spot to watch the lovely Favignana sunsets, drink in hand. You will find parasols and sun beds on the terrace, as well as a wooden dining table and chairs.
Guests will find a private swimming pool in the garden. Finally the garden also features a second sheltered terrace, with a barbecue and dining table.
Location
This Favignana villa sits in one of the most unspoilt and naturally beautiful areas of the island, but everything you need is at hand. The nearest beach is 1km away, and the town of Favignana 4km away. Here you will find delicious restaurants, supermarkets and ATMs. Two good restaurants, Il Giardino delle Aloe and Cave Bianche, are just 1km away from the villa.
The island of Favignana is one of three which make up the Egadi Islands in the Sicilian Archipelago. It is an enchanting place, with breathtaking sunsets as well as sparkling blue seas. Guests can explore the natural beauty of the island’s many coves, or also head inland to sample the delicious regional cuisine. There are white sand beaches waiting to be discovered, and the many flat paths around the island mean it is ideal to explore by bike.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
