Cornino Charming Villa spans 120 square meters and is thoughtfully designed across two levels. The ground floor features a bright and welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a utility room for added convenience. On the lower level, you’ll find the sleeping area, which includes two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and two additional bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower).

Furnished with tasteful decor, the villa combines functionality and style, offering amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and modern appliances like a dishwasher and washing machine.

Exteriors

The outdoor spaces of Cornino Charming Villa are as inviting as its interiors. A private garden surrounds the villa, featuring a 12×6 meter saltwater swimming pool with depths ranging from 1.2 to 2.7 meters. The pool is open from April to October, with the option to extend the season for an additional cost.

Guests can relax on the spacious terrace, which includes a shaded dining area, a barbecue, and comfortable seating perfect for enjoying al fresco meals while taking in views of Mount Cofano. The villa also offers private parking and an outdoor shower for added convenience.

Situated in Cornino, the villa is ideally located for exploring Sicily’s northwest coast. It is just 200 meters from a sandy beach and 300 meters from a rocky shoreline, offering plenty of opportunities for seaside relaxation. For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.

The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.

The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).

If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.

In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.

SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).

The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
