The Selinunte Charming Villa stands within in a huge fenced estate full of citrus and olive trees in the western Sicilian countryside. Its ethnic style and warm colours create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
Entering the villa, guests are greeted by a living area beautifully fitted with unique wooden furniture. Featuring a flat screen TV, comfortable sofas and dining table, this living room faces the pool and garden through large bay windows. This provides a consistent bright and homely atmosphere, complimented by the wooden beam ceilings and parquet. The dining area leads to the comfortable modern kitchen which also gives onto the garden. It is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The house also features three charmingly decorated double bedrooms. Each bedroom includes its own en suite bathroom, and one of the bedrooms leads onto the garden through sliding doors.
Air conditioning, heating, wifi and a cleaning service are also at guests’ disposal during their stay.
Exteriors
An outside shaded porch with its comfortable lounge area overlooks the stunning garden and pool. A neighbouring dining area also offers guests the opportunity to enjoy their meals outside, surrounded by the scenery. A barbecue is also at guests’ disposal.
Beautifully primmed lawns and trees encircle the villa, providing a peaceful, natural atmosphere. At the front of the house, you will also find a clear blue swimming pool, surrounded by deckchairs for guests to relax in the Sicilian sun.
A gardener will maintain the garden and pool throughout the stay.
Location
Nestled within the beautiful Sicilian countryside, the villa benefits from all of the regions’ treasures. It is situated between the charming towns of Castelvetrano and Selinunte. As well as being a short drive away from the sea and its wonderful beaches, the villa is surrounded by incredible natural reserves, archeological and historical sites. This provides guests with the opportunity to explore Sicily’s culture, monuments, gastronomy and nature. We recommend discovering Selinunte’s ancient ruins and Segesta’s greek theatre. Sports amateurs can also enjoy Verdura Golf’s two golf courses and opportunities for windsurfing, kitesurfing and surfing in Pozziteddu. The Belice river Nature Reserve is also worth exploring, displaying stunning landscapes and nature at the mouth of the Belice river.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
Villa-specific rules
Included in the priceAll sales taxes, electricity and gas, cold and hot water, final cleaning, first set of sheets and bath towels, pool towels, 3-hour maid service once a week, weekly change of sheets and bath towels, waste sorting. Electricity consumption up 160 kw/h per week.
Not included in the priceElectricity up to 160 kwh per week: extra € 0.60 x kwh; Heating; Tourist tax; Collection of waste already separated, 2 times a week + day of check out: € 50.00 (if at the time of check out the guests of the villa leave waste, rather than dispose of it in the special ecological island, the aforementioned service will be charged to a cost of € 50.00); Late check-in before 11.00 pm: € 100.00. After 11.00 pm access to the villa will not be allowed, postponed to the following morning; Late check-out before 19.00: € 400.00.
