Interiors
Positano Private Retreat is composed of a main residence and an annex, with six elegant bedrooms in total. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, sea view, and safe. Four bedrooms are located on the main floor of the villa, three of which share a shaded terrace overlooking the water. Three of the bathrooms have showers, while one has both a bathtub and a shower. The annex offers two additional bedrooms, both with sea views and en-suite bathrooms. Inside, guests can enjoy a fully equipped, high-end kitchen and welcoming lounge areas, with air conditioning in every room and a fireplace for added comfort.
Exteriors
Surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens, Positano Private Retreat offers expansive outdoor living areas with breathtaking views over the Tyrrhenian Sea. Several private terraces provide idyllic spaces for dining and relaxing, including a large outdoor table for twelve. A heated outdoor Jacuzzi for six is available from April to October, while a private stone staircase leads directly down to the water, where a sunbathing platform and swimming ladder offer the rare privilege of direct sea access in Positano. The property also features a BBQ, wood-fired oven, and table tennis for guests to enjoy.
Location
The villa enjoys an enviable location just minutes from the heart of Positano, with a bus stop conveniently located outside the gate, providing easy access to the town without the hassle of parking. Arienzo, Fiumicello, and San Pietro beaches are less than half a kilometer away, while the main beach of Positano is 1.5 km from the property. From Positano’s harbor, guests can board private boats to explore Capri, the Amalfi Coast, and hidden coves accessible only by sea. Amalfi, Ravello, and Maiori are all within easy driving distance, and Naples Capodichino Airport is about 60 km away. The villa’s location also offers nearby access to the famous Path of the Gods hiking trail.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
