Interiors
Inside, the villa blends historic charm with contemporary comfort. Original Tessieri tiles, Murano chandeliers and antique furnishings highlight its aristocratic character. At the same time, a modern lift connects all floors for easy access. Guests can relax in the lounges on each level, enjoy a book in the cosy library or savour elegant meals in the formal dining room, which seats up to twelve. The country-style kitchen is spacious, practical and ideal for meals prepared by the chef.
The basement spa is one of the villa’s most impressive features. Here, guests find a heated indoor swimming pool with hydromassage jets, along with a sauna, a hammam and a treatment room. In addition, a serene relaxation lounge and a well-stocked wine cellar complete the wellness experience.
The main villa offers six beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and either a king or queen bed. Several rooms can be converted into twins on request, which makes the property flexible for different group needs. Moreover, a separate guesthouse accommodates six additional guests in three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, plus a living room and a kitchenette.
Exteriors
The estate extends across more than two hectares and offers panoramic views, themed gardens and peaceful outdoor living areas. Guests can wander through the Art Garden, dine under the kiwi pergola or unwind beside the private lake. In addition, the Wedding Garden features a romantic gazebo covered in white wisteria, creating an enchanting setting for small ceremonies.
From May to October, the outdoor swimming pool provides a beautiful sunny retreat. The estate also produces organic vegetables, extra-virgin olive oil, fruit preserves and limoncello, giving guests a genuine taste of Tuscany. Furthermore, amenities such as a tennis court, gym, helipad and bikes or e-bikes on request ensure a well-rounded outdoor experience.

Booking and Payment
Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
