Built in the traditional chunky Lecce limestone, this structure was once a flower market dating back to the 12th Century. A meticulous and careful renovation brought design and luxury in their purest forms to this authentic property. The interiors exude a quiet and calm aesthetic: frescoed star ceilings and design furnishings characterize the bright living space, which opens onto the garden. Two large drawing rooms and three dining rooms equipped with Bang & Olufsen pieces are at guests’ disposal. The professional kitchen can only be used by the staff, who will be at guests’ disposal for all meals. The chef offers a cuisine that is the perfect blend of east and west, like the land of Puglia, made with natural and local ingredients.
The villa can sleep up to 18 adults and 7 children in 8 double rooms, all en-suite, including 2 master bedrooms, 3 rooms with private gardens and 3 simple rooms. They are all furnished with king size beds with memory foam mattresses that can be made into twin beds when necessary. Some rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. One of the master bedrooms has access to the garden and features a private Turkish bath. All the rooms are equipped with a Bang & Olufsen Smart TV, AC and minibar. A heavenly spa completes the interior.
Entirely built in Lecce stone, the spa consists of a sauna, a Turkish bath, a heated indoor swimming pool, a horizontal shower that operates as a massage center (Vichy shower), and a massage room.
The Masseria is equipped with an elevator for disabled guests and has a private Romanesque church that is available for weddings and events.

Exteriors
An immense garden, rich with olive and palm trees, surrounds the Masseria. Guests can enjoy plenty of blissful places to relax, from furnished patios to outdoor tables where guests can dine ‘al fresco’. The sun-drenched swimming pool is expansive. Equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, this is the perfect place to cool off on a hot summer afternoon. The villa also has private on-site parking.

This luxury Puglia Masseria has an exemplary location in the heart of Salento. Set between the baroque city of Lecce and the beach resort of Porto Cesareo, the property is also surrounded by the vineyards of Leverano, making it the perfect base to immerse yourself in the most authentic and spectacular areas of Puglia. The closest village is Leverano, at just 5 minutes by car; here you can find markets, restaurants and craft shops. Many other charming spots are a short distance from the property, from the paradisiac Ionian coast to the Itria Valley, famous for its trulli.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
