Interiors
The six double bedrooms are distributed between the main residence, the dependance and a traditional trullo. Five bedrooms have Smart TVs, while all rooms offer independent air conditioning and heating.
The main residence has two spacious bedrooms with 200 x 200 cm king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Each bathroom includes double washbasins, a separate WC and bidet area, and a large multi-jet shower.
The living area combines a kitchen, dining table for 12 guests and an elegant lounge with sofas, armchairs and poufs.
The dependance has three en-suite double bedrooms. One features a 200 x 200 cm king-size bed, while the two connecting rooms have 180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm beds. The latter can convert into two 80 x 200 cm single beds. Please note that the connecting rooms are not soundproofed from each other.
A sixth bedroom sits inside the traditional trullo and has a 160 x 200 cm double bed. The dependance and trullo bedrooms also benefit from underfloor heating.
Exteriors
The main 15 x 6 metre swimming pool features a beach-style entrance, integrated seating and loungers, hydromassage and microbubbles. At night, its lighting creates a starry-sky effect.
Beside the pool, a spacious veranda includes an outdoor lounge and a fully equipped kitchen with a five-burner cooktop, dishwasher, professional ice machine, refrigerated wine cellar, microwave and mini fridge. The barbecue area offers both a traditional grill and a soapstone grill. Two hot-water outdoor showers and a cold-water blade feature serve the pool area.
On the rooftop terrace, a heated pool with hydromassage and microbubbles sits beside comfortable sofas and a gas fireplace.
The estate also includes a ping-pong table, foosball table and bocce court.
Location
Ostuni Exclusive Estate lies a few kilometres from the centre of Ostuni, known as the White City. The property sits in the quiet Puglian countryside, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and traditional dry-stone walls.
Its setting combines the characteristic landscape of the Ostuni countryside with proximity to the centre of the White City.

Booking and Payment

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
