The Salento House | Puglia is a rare gem of authentic southern Italian charm, blending historic architecture with elegant comfort. Dating back to the 16th and 17th centuries, this noble residence is one of the oldest homes in the historic center of Nardò. Beautifully preserved stone sculptures and original architectural details add character and timeless elegance to the interiors.
The villa features five spacious double bedrooms, including two magnificent Grand Rooms, each with its own distinctive style. One of the Grand Rooms features a private ensuite bathroom, while the other has a separate private bathroom. In total, three bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms and two have dedicated separate bathrooms. The layout ensures privacy and comfort for up to ten guests.
The living area is both refined and welcoming, with high vaulted ceilings and original stone features. It opens directly onto the private courtyard, while the fully equipped kitchen is connected to the living room, creating a seamless and convivial flow between the spaces.
A further highlight is the daily hospitality service: every morning, the resident manager visits the house for two hours to refresh each room, tidy up the kitchen and common areas, and reset the courtyard. Guests can head to the beach after breakfast and return to a serene, beautifully prepared home — the essence of effortless luxury.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
