Large spaces and an elegant pastel color palette characterize the interiors of this luxurious farmhouse built in light stone and vaulted ceilings, as in the ancient Apulian tradition. The country house consists of an airy and pleasant living room, a dining room and a spacious kitchen with access to the outdoor. The sleeping area consists of 5 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. Two of the rooms, in addition to the double bed, have a double sofa bed. The bathrooms all have a shower, except one bathroom which also has a whirlpool. The Wi-Fi connection is in the internal and external spaces. Air conditioning (hot and cold) is in all rooms.
Exteriors
The villa features a manicured garden with olive trees, flowering shrubs and lawn areas. There are several relaxation spaces to enjoy the sun of Puglia. The outdoor lounge offers 16 seats, like the outdoor dining table sheltered by a pergola. In harmony with nature, the villa’s swimming pool (15X6 mt, 1.40 deep) is a bio-lake where, in the absence of chlorine, special plants filter the water, guaranteeing its purity. The pool, open all year round, is fenced and equipped with two showers. Close to the beautiful pool Guests can enjoy a 5-seat Jacuzzi.
Location
The villa enjoys a wonderful location in the heart of the Itria Valley, the region of Puglia known worldwide for its trulli and beautiful beaches. Just 3 km away lies Ceglie Messapica, a charming village off the beaten path, where guests will find excellent restaurants, shops, and local markets. The closest beach is in the area of Ostuni, the “white town,” another must-see destination.
Sports lovers can enjoy the Savelletri Golf Club (38 km), while the Tennis Club of Ceglie Messapica is only 2 km away.

We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
