This exclusive villa situated a few minutes away from the picturesque main square of Ancapari was recently renovated into a sophisticated boutique hotel, also available for private rental. The unique location of the villa perched above the cerulean Tyrrhenian Sea, enjoys breathtaking views of the Gulf of Naples.
The interiors, characterized by inestimable art collections, including the Neapolitan Sea Battle painted by the 18th century by master Leonardo Coccorante and inlaid mosaics, create a harmonic juxtaposition between the historical beauty and the modern comforts of the villa that include satellite television, CD/DVD player and high-speed internet access.
The two-floor property comprised of an annex, develops over 600sq.m and can host up to 14 guests in 7 magnificent rooms, each named and designed according to a specific theme philosophies.
On the ground floor of the Anacapri Luxury Villa, guests can enjoy with family and friends the common areas, comprised of a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful living room, a unique dining area characterized by a 16th century Turkoman fireplace and an indoor fountain commissioned by a 19th century maharaja.
The sleeping area, situated on the first floor of the villa, is composed by 5 luxurious suites, uniquely named and decorated based on the theme and on the interiors. The five rooms in the main villa are the Artist’s Room, the Louis XVI Room, the Voyager’s Room, the Venetian Room and the Collector’s Room.
The Artist Room, inspired by a fabulous Marchigana Era bookcase, is frescoed by Enrica Capone, an extremely renowned Italian artist. This room disposes of en-suite bathroom, characterized by a splendid shower in marble mosaic and two 18th century marble basins. The Artist’s Room can be converted, on request, from twin beds to a queen-size bed.
The Louis XVI Room, characterized by beautiful Louis XVI boiserie panels, features a queen-size baldachin bed. Here, the en-suite bathroom has a spectacular roman bath with shower, and enjoys direct access to the outside area thanks to the dreamy terrace overlooking the delicately perfumed “Cetrella” garden.
The Voyager Room, features precious artefacts and souvenirs from voyages to the Orient and Latin America; these elements create an exotic atmosphere, without clashing with the romantic feel of the whole villa. This room features a large queen size bed, adorned by exquisite light colored draperies and direct access to the outside area. Guest can enjoy their breakfast on the beautiful terrace and or the view of sparkling sea beyond.
The Venetian Room characterized by a glorious 18th century Venetian bookcase that frames the entrance to the boudoir. This room features a queen-size bed, a flower-decked terrace with sophisticated marble table, and an exceptional Turkish steam room in the bathroom area.
The Collector Room, once the master bedroom of the villa, features an incredible collection of Neapolitan School paintings dating back to the 17th century. This unique room features a king-size bed framed by precious fabrics, a spacious en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, and a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and the sea below.
Adjacent to the pool area, the annex of the villa offers two external newly constructed rooms, the Pool Room and the Empire Room. On request, guests can combine the two rooms and form the “Garden Suite”.
The Pool Room, situated close to the pool area, is a newly renovate suite featuring a queen-size bed, (convertible on request to twin beds), lounge area with flat TV and Dolby surround, en-suite luxurious bathroom with sky-lit roman bath shower, and direct access to the outside pool patio.
The Empire Room, also situated close to the pool area, features a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet and an elegant marble Empire bathtub. This room has direct access to the outside area comprised of a small patio and a private sundeck with a marvelous sea view.
