The interiors of Alba Modern Villa are defined by a double-height space that leaves an indelible visual impression. This expansive area encompasses a generous dining space with a central kitchen island, a cozy fireplace, and a vertical piano. Beyond the elegance of the design, this space opens to the garden and an inviting pool area. The villa offers three splendid double bedrooms on the first floor, each with unique views. Additionally, a separate studio on the lower floor overlooks the pool, ensuring a private and tranquil escape. The main entrance from the municipal road grants access to a spacious double-height space, spanning three levels. On the ground floor, the entrance provides a stunning view of the dining area below. This lead to a hallway with a graceful wooden staircase connecting the lower and upper floors. To the right, is there a living area with a welcoming fireplace and direct access to a covered porch. In addition to a balcony and an open terrace. Descending via an illuminated wooden staircase to the lower floor reveals an expansive dining and kitchen area with another cozy fireplace, a convenient laundry room, and an additional guest bathroom. Here, you’ll discover three enchanting double bedrooms, each featuring a private bathroom, a television, and a minibar. Ascending the same central staircase leads to the upper floor, characterized by whitewashed exposed beam ceilings. The pool itself, ensconced within a tall hedge of cypress trees, basks in sunlight throughout the day. This offers a truly unparalleled panoramic view.
