Interiors

A beautiful tree-lined avenue leads Guests to the top of a quiet hill, where Proterty is located. It consists of two 15th century Villas restored to the highest standards. The Villas are close to each other and share a swimming pool.

First Villa – 300 sqm

An open space welcomes Guests to the first Villa. On the first floor you will find the living room with fireplace and Smart TV, a charming winter lounge overlooking the garden, a dining table for 10 people and a service bathroom. On the same floor is also the study with 2 double sofa beds, the laundry room and the fully equipped kitchen. The living area opens onto a terrace equipped with a table for 20 people, sofas, chaise-longue and parasols.

A staircase leads to the second floor, where is the sleeping, consisting of 4 double bedrooms. The majestic master bedroom has a ravishing view of the valley, built-in closet, an additional single bed and a bathroom with two sinks and shower. The second and third bedrooms, both with bouble bed and an extra single sofa bed, share a very large bathroom with tub and shower. The last bedroom, ideal for children, has bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Second Villa – 200 sqm

In the second Villa you will find a charming living area with smart TV, a living room with fireplace and a pleasant dining space with a table for 16 people. The kitchen and laundry room are well equipped. Next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with shower.

The sleeping area of this Villa consists of 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom opens onto the garden. The second bedroom with double bed and the last bedroom with a bunk beds share a bathroom.

Exterior

This Tuscan Property boasts a marvellouse garden with century-old trees and a large fenced swimming pool (10X5 mt, 1,5 mt deep) equipped with solarium, external shower and sun umbrellas. A veranda overlooking the countryside is the ideal place for outdoor dining. For a perfect Italian dinner, Guests will find an aromatic garden at their disposal, and a barbecue located in the patio of the Villa.

The Property boasts an ideal location as a starting point to visit Tuscany. Florence is only 35 km away, San Gimignano 45 km, Lucca and Pisa 55 km, and the sandy beaches of Versilia 86 km away. The nearest towns are Empoli (6 km) and Vinci (7 km), where there is also the house and museum of Leonardo da Vinci. The nearest restaurant is 4 km, and the nearest grocery store is 3.5 km away.
