Inside, Montecatini Traditional Villa showcases the owners’ deep passion for antiques. Each room is adorned with original 17th and 18th-century furniture, rare prints, Persian carpets, and historic doors. The ground floor features a grand lounge and dining area with a majestic stone fireplace. It can comfortably seat up to 14 guests. In addition, a cozy second sitting room leads to a large Tuscan kitchen, equipped with an antique marble sink and traditional oven.
The villa offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms. On the ground floor, a double bedroom opens onto a covered veranda overlooking the gardens. Upstairs, a stunning stone staircase with a wrought-iron bannister leads to the remaining bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom with a Turkish bath and shower. Two additional bedrooms share a luxurious bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, complete with light and aromatherapy features. Throughout the villa, original cotto floors, restored beams, and charming historic details create a warm and authentic atmosphere.
Exterior
Montecatini Traditional Villa is set within a magnificent garden filled with ancient terracotta vases and stone sculptures. At its heart lies a spectacular infinity swimming pool (8m × 16m) with a hydromassage area for up to eight guests. The pool area is complemented by a large sunbathing terrace with umbrellas, loungers, and a shaded relaxation corner featuring an antique marble table and stone chairs.
In addition, a dedicated playground ensures a family-friendly environment. The swimming pool is maintained with an advanced cleaning system to guarantee perfect hygiene. For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
