Selinunte Green Villa features four spacious double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning to ensure your comfort. The open-plan living area includes cozy sofas, armchairs, a fireplace, and a dining table, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a freezer, oven, five-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, and blender. For added convenience, a separate laundry room is also available.
The villa offers central heating and free Wi-Fi throughout. Two charming verandas invite relaxation—one designed for outdoor dining and barbecues, and the other a peaceful spot to unwind. Both verandas provide beautiful views of the garden, the 6x11m private pool, and the picturesque wooden gazebo.

Selinunte Green Villa is nestled in the sun-drenched Trapani province on Sicily’s west coast. The villa is located in the charming town of Castelvetrano, famous for its olive and wine cultivation. Castelvetrano’s 16th-century Chiesa Madre is a must-see, offering a glimpse of local life.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
