Interiors
The sleeping space in this Sicily luxury villa has 3 double bedrooms. All of these have en suite bathrooms. In addition all of the bedrooms also have air conditioning units. Guests will find a well-equipped kitchen with French doors that open out onto one of the loggias. In this space you will find the built-in barbecue. The property has enough parking spaces for 5 cars.
Exteriors
This stunning Sicily luxury villa is set within an estate of 20 hectares. There are extensive olive groves and orange arbours and beautiful landscaped gardens surround the house. Here you will also find two private loggias perfect for relaxing in the shade. Guests can also enjoy the private pool (measuring 11m x 6m). It has a terraced area and sun loungers. There is also a barbecue and a beautiful gazebo in the garden. Here you can prepare and enjoy al fresco dinners during long, balmy Sicilian evenings. An on-site custodian also lives in the grounds of the villa should you need any assistance during your stay.

It’s the perfect location for a relaxing holiday, whether for first-time visitors or long-term lovers of the island, as you’ll get a taste for traditional life while being close to some of the best beaches that Sicily has to offer.
Castelvetrano is both a 10 minute drive from the famous temples of Selinunte and the white sand beaches of the nature reserve of Belice. The famous sandy beach of Campobello di Mazara is only 20 minutes away, and it’s the ultimate water sports location, a paradise for fans of kite surfing, wind surfing or bodyboarding. For golf-lovers, the course at Verdura in Sciacca is only 30 minutes from the property.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
