The Salento Luxury Swimming Pool Farmhouse boasts elegant furnishings and ornaments to offer you a secluded country experience. You will, however, still have all the luxury of a city stay. The accommodation is spread over two levels connected by an antique staircase. It moreover consists of a bright living room, and a fully equipped kitchen which provides all the utensils and crockery you may need. The sleeping area features 5 independent double bedrooms with air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. All the rooms also have flat screen TVs, mini-bars and Wi-Fi Internet.
Exterior
The exterior of the Salento Luxury Swimming Pool Farmhouse is extremely lovely. A wooden deck with parasols and deck chairs surrounds the private swimming pool. Next to it you’ll find an outdoor living area with dining table, under the shade of a pergola.
Location
Located in the very heart of Salento and newly renovated, the Salento Luxury Swimming Pool Farmhouse dates back to the XVI century. It is the perfect spot for those who want to relax in tranquil surroundings. The villa lies in a beautiful historical estate centered around an old castle. The property is fully independent from the rest of the estate. Furthermore, guests can explore the natural parklands of the estate using the paths that criss-cross the land. Finally the sea is only a short drive away, as is the art town of Lecce.
Planted with vineyards, the estate produces high-quality wines and offers wine tastings to guests, as well as guided tours of the wine cellars.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
