“Sabina Secret Villa is situated amid the beauty of the Italian countryside and the chaotic cultural scene of the eternal city, Rome. The property, nestled on a hill, hovers over two-hectares of land, from where guests can enjoy picturesque views of rolling hills, and of Monte Sorrate delineating the horizon”
This unique Villa is a romantic proposal in Sabina, Lazio, a strategic position and an excellent starting point to visit Rome, and the countless surrounding towns and villages. The recently renovated rough stone farmhouse, immersed in one of the most spectacular natural landscapes, preserved all its historical charm thanks to the unique high-coffered ceilings and original architectural elements that adorn the interiors of the Villa. The juxtaposition of minimal white walls with the warmth of chestnut beams and terracotta floors makes this Villa a welcoming home for family and friends all year round.
The Villa develops over two floors, on a total surface of 220 m2 and hosts up to 6 guests in 3 delicately designed bedrooms.
On the ground floor of the Villa, guests can enjoy with family and friends a common area comprised of all amenities and facilities. On the first floor of the Villa, is the night area, comprised of three spacious and impeccably decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom (180x 2.00m) is the jewel of the Villa. The bedroom also offers a beautiful terrace that overlooks the courtyard and en suite bathroom with an elegant glass shower. On the same floor, guests can find two bedrooms and one spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower, distinguishable by the double bed (1.60x 2.00) and the 2 single beds (0.90x 2.00). These two rooms are equally characterized by graceful décor, marble details and pastel finishings.
The outside area extends over two-hectares of immaculately kept land covered by a variety of trees, shrubs, plants and flowers. The elegant white pebbled pathway leads directly to the entrance of the Villa, where newly cut grass immediately welcomes the guests, just as they are parking the car.
The outside area is impeccably equipped to satisfy all kinds of needs, from the private swimming pool (10 x 5m) framed by perfect squares of terracotta, with off-pool loungers, beautiful L sofa, outdoor shower and large white parasols to cool down under the shad, while being caressed by the scented flower breeze.
