Interiors
A country-chic Villa equipped with all necessary comfort, this 100mq property has a classic Mediterranean design and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Characterised by the traditional dry stone walls and surrounded by the Apulian flora, the Villa has been furnished with care with furnishings created by a local craftsman. It offers a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area. Upon entrance, an open concept space features a comfortable living room with fireplace and Smart TV. This space gives way into the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, as well as to the bedrooms. The area open up to the amazing garden with swimming pool and fully furnished outdoor lounges. Three of the bedrooms, 2 double and one with 2 single beds, have a private bathroom with shower, whereas the fourth has an independent access but connected to the villa through the bathroom. All bedrooms feature a TV set as well as an AC unit.
Exteriors
Extending over a property of 10,000 square meters of olive grove, the Villa offers an incredible outdoor space. Here guests will find a veranda furnished with outdoor sofas, an enchanting 11 m x 4,5 m swimming pool surrounded by a terrace furnished with sunbeds, a gazebo that houses a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with bbq and a wood-burning oven (which can only be used with a pizza chef), as well as a reading corner located in the middle of the garden where there is also a brazier that creates an unique atmosphere.
The garden also features a lovely playground for kids (3+ years old), equipped with 2 swings, a slide and climbing, and a ping pong table.
A flight of external stairs leads guests to a large 150 sqm rooftop terrace, from where it is then possible to enjoy the beautiful Ostuni sunsets. The roofttop terrace is gated as to keep children from climbing up, as the parapet does not have the height that guarantees safety for infants.
Location
Located in Ostuni, known also as “the White City”, the Ostuni Country Chic Villa lies in the heart of Apulia, only 3,2km away from the city centre. Its central location makes its easy to reach the beautiful and ancient citiy Ceglie Messapica (6km) and to discover the renowned gastronomic tradition. The beaches of the Adriatic are about 11 km away (15 minutes by car).

Booking and Payment

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
