Interiors

The Portofino  Luxury Villa has three levels, two of which are above ground. There are six spacious bedrooms on the top level, all with ensuite bathrooms, colorfully decorated. These include bathtubs without separate showers. Even more, one of the bedrooms features an additional single bed for a child. Two of the six bedrooms open up onto private terraces.

On the ground level there is a large entrance hall and several spacious living areas with panoramic views. The studio also sits on the ground level with a guest bathroom nearby. Throughout the Portofino Luxury Villa there are bright white walls and unique cotto floors. As a result, the villa’s interior has a light and airy feel. Furthermore, the owner has creatively mixed in old world design by including vintage shutters, ornate chandeliers and antique furniture. Guests can enjoy internet WiFi and satellite TV in the villa.

Furthermore, on the basement level you will find the laundry, kitchen and pantry, as well as the staff quarters. A chef, butler, two housekeepers and gardening staff provide top service at the villa.

Exteriors

Elegantly structured arches lead to the five separate dining terraces, with plenty of outdoor space for relaxation and al fresco dining. Strategically facing the east, visitors can enjoy breathtaking sunrises from the terraces. Another feature included with the Portofino Luxury Villa is an infinity pool overlooking the sea towards the west. This is a prime spot for a daily swim at sunset. Additionally, there is also a large deck shaded by a pergola with a barbecue for outdoor cooking. Guests can enjoy outdoor meals among the sea air.

The beautiful aesthetic of the property extends to the manicured garden with walkways and pleasant Mediterranean flora. In addition, they can also venture further down the hillside garden to find a seat in private relaxation.

There is a private helipad and private beach access to the Ligurian Sea shared with just one other villa.
