Just 8km from Ostuni and only 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic coast, this charmingly elegant but traditional countryside home by the sea, is spread over 120sqm, and is perfectly in tune with its surrounding nature, boasting a unique historic style. The main new built central Lamia, is composed of fully equipped open kitchen with induction hob, dining/living area equipped with TV and a sofa bed (140×200 cm). The two adjoining bright and quaintly decorated airy bedrooms, both with queen size beds (160×200 cm), TV and en-suite bathroom, open on to the vast and beautiful surrounding garden and swimming pool area. Next to the main house, is the delightfully restructured old Lamia and Trullo, with its own private access. This is a typical symbol of the culture of Puglia and has been elegantly restored, while maintaining its unique original elements, and staying true to its rustic local roots. The charmingly decorated bedroom features a queen size bed and TV. The magical alcove stone cocoon-like en-suite bathroom, furnished with elegant, minimalistic and modern decor, is definitely a special part of this exquisite property. Each room has a safe and each bathroom a courtesy kit. The villa features an alarm system connected to a 24-hour security service and private parking.
Please note that pets are not allowed, smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Exteriors
The villa is surrounded by a 1 hectare park cultivated with citrus fruits, jasmine, rosemary and prickly pears. Outside the main home, you can relax on the comfy sofa by the 40mt pool, or cook a delicious feast for a party of up to 12 people, under the 50sqm gazebo in the garden perfectly equipped with barbeque, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and all appliances, accompanied by the magic atmosphere of the beautifully cultivated garden with ancient olive trees, jasmine, rosemary, citrus and barbary fig plants.
Location
At a short drive from the villa Guests will find the charming historical town of Ostuni, known as the White Town. From delicious Apulian restaurants to cozy shops, Ostuni has a lot to offer to travellers. The region also boasts many beautiful seaside locations, both along the Adriatic coast and the Ionian Sea. Easily reachable by car, these heavenly beaches are among the most beautiful pearls in the Mediterranean. Moreover plenty of picturesque towns dot the surrounding. From Cisternino to Martina Franca, from Fasano to Locorotondo, travelers here are spoiled for choice. Don’t miss a day trip to Alberobello, listed among UNESCO World Heritage Sites for its famous trulli.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.

Not included in the priceFinal cleaning: €250 cash upon arrival); Cleaning during the stay: stays longer than 7 nights have one weekly service from the second week (quick tidy-up, bathroom cleaning, full change of bed linen and towels) at €150 per service: one service for 8–14 nights, two for 15–21, three for 22–28. It is paid cash on arrival to the cleaning service, together with the final cleaning. Security deposit: €750 (to be paid with the second payment; refunded if no damages); Tourist tax: €2 per person, per night (up to 5 nights; to be paid cash on departure); Loss of keys and/or remote controls: €1,000 per set. This covers the cost of replacing all locks on the property, as well as any damages or thefts resulting from the loss; Late check-ins / early check-outs: €80 (Monday–Saturday) / €160 (Sunday). Additional €120 per hour will be charged if guests do not respect the agreed check-in time, unless Guest Relations Manager is informed at least 2 hours in advance; Failure to follow waste separation rules: €120 per week.
Available ExtrasPets: small dogs up to 10 kg are welcome on request, one per booking, at €50 per week. The dog is not allowed in the pool, on beds or sofas; any damage or extra cleaning is deducted from the security deposit.
