You’ll also find a traditional country house structure separate from the main property, able to sleep up to two people with its own bathroom – perfect for guests who seek a little extra quiet time away from the primary villa.
In terms of living and recreational space, you’ll come across a spacious living room with an adjoining dining room, in addition to a contemporary cinema hall situated downstairs. Offering plenty of opportunity to relax in maximum comfort and spend quality time with friends & family, this villa’s interior also offers WiFi throughout the entire property, a secure alarm system, central heating and powerful air conditioning ideal for the summer months.

Booking and Payment

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
