Inside Montefalcone Enchanting Villa, history meets comfort. Built in the 13th century and later used as a countryside residence by the Princes Dell’Osso of Lucca, the villa has been carefully restored. The high ceilings and antique furnishings create an atmosphere of timeless elegance. At the same time, modern comforts ensure a relaxing stay. Guests can unwind in the spacious living room, enjoy dinners in the elegant dining room, or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. With capacity for up to 10 guests, the interiors balance tradition and convenience, making the villa perfect for memorable Tuscan holidays.
Exteriors
The outdoors are equally enchanting. The villa is surrounded by three hectares of private parkland, offering complete tranquility. Guests can explore the Italian garden, enriched by a Renaissance fountain, or relax by the large swimming pool. Measuring 19 by 4 meters, the pool includes a hydromassage corner, a cervical waterfall, and a shoreline area. Moreover, comfortable loungers and shaded areas make it the perfect spot to spend long summer days. In addition, a barbecue area and furnished terraces invite guests to enjoy al fresco meals, while the surrounding gardens provide countless spaces for relaxation. For those wishing to stay active, a small fitness area is available in the small room next to the pool, equipped with a treadmill and exercise bike.

Montefalcone Enchanting Villa is set near the Cerbaie woods, once famous for hunting, and close to the medieval villages of Orentano and Villa Campanile. For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
