Interiors

The Montecatini hilltop villa has five recently renovated double rooms with bathrooms. There is also a double sofa bed, for a total of 12 beds. Overall, the interiors emanate a noble feel which is reminiscent of the family who occupied the property in the 1800s. Moreover, one can enter the villa through an ancient solid wood door. Here you’ll find a reception room and welcome space as well as a laundry service area. A corridor leads to the staircase which takes you to the first floor.

On the first floor you’ll find four different rooms. The first is a kitchen with a dining room overlooking the lovely garden. In addition, there is a large living room with a fireplace. Here as well you will find a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a variety of books for browsing.

The second floor is where you will find the four double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and showers. The owners have carefully furnished each bedroom in a way that contributes to the comfort and overall elegance of the property. You’ll find modern furniture and beautiful frescoed ceilings. Each room has a view of the surrounding park.

The villa has air conditioning, satellite TV with a DVD player, a stereo, and wireless ADSL.

Exteriors

Ten hectares of park surround this Montecatini hilltop villa, creating a variety of outdoor relaxation areas and a plethora of green space.  Additionally, outside the villa there is a swimming pool of 15 x 5 meters and depth varying from 1.10 to 1.40 meters. Also, there are large umbrellas and loungers surrounding the pool for guest relaxation. Breathtaking views are available all around the villa as expanses of olive trees and vineyards encircle the the area.

There is outdoor seating available for al fresco meals or for simply enjoying the surrounding landscape.
