The original stone and domed ceilings, typical of the area, have been meticulously preserved. These beautiful contemporary spaces enable guests to experience touches of modern luxury while experiencing true Italian hospitality.
Featuring a stunningly well manicured garden, the Masseria also boasts an incredible salt water swimming pool. Fee of toxic chemicals, it represents the ecological and environmentally friendly approach to luxury hospitality.
To complete the tour, a beautiful rooftop terrace complete with a state-of-the-art hot tub, is located above the Masseria.
Apart from a delicious breakfast served outside guests’ rooms at their own private table with a tranquil view of our lovely gardens, the Masseria offers a delicious restaurant inside its premisses. Spending enjoyable tasting delicious dishes prepared by our Agri-chefs makes your special moments even more unforgettable! There are menus available for receptions, dinners, and business lunches.
We also invite guests to use one of the Masseria’s bicycles to explore the beautiful bike path that circles the property.
The Masseria enjoys a strategic location, within a 30-minute driving radius to a number of famous destinations.
Only 25 minutes away, the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto, one of the area’s most beautiful beaches, also offers fascinating nighttime activities during the summer, such as music exhibitions and installation art events.
Specchiolla Beach, located in the town of Carovigno, is known for its white and fine sand. Well serviced with bars, restaurants, and shower facilities, this famous beach is only 20 minutes away.
Mesagne, the nearest town to the Masseria, is a historic town famous for the Sagre dei Peschi, or Peach Festival. Its architecture is typical of the Puglia area and is a prominent tourist attraction.
After a 30-minute drive you can find the famous city of Ostuni, also known as Città Bianca – “The White City” – famous throughout the country for its beauty, beautiful atmosphere, and cuisine. The city of Lecce, at the same distance, has a completeness and homogeneity that other southern Italian metropolises lack, thanks to its generous stash of baroque buildings bequeathed by its 17th-century architects.

Payment methods and Booking procedure

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
