Interiors

Located within the peaceful oasis of Anacapri’s Silvania Park, this sumptuous, modern villa surrounded by a 1060 MQ garden, has just been renovated to the highest standards. The villa is on 2 floors and can accommodate 8 people in 4 double Suites. The master bedroom occupies an entire floor with floor-to-ceiling windows carved into the island’s volcanic rock. The bedroom has a large living area with sofas, screen TV and fireplace. A walk-in closet and a beautiful private bathroom complete the space. The second floor is dedicated to the remaining 3 double bedroom Suites and living areas. The first Suite of this floor has an en-suite bathroom finished in precious Italian marbles. The other two Suites share a bathroom in Carrara marble. A large open space overlooking the garden houses the modern living and dining room, with a splendid view of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. Upon arrival, Guests will find the Villa’s beautiful spaces decorated with fresh flowers and candles, and a welcome glass of champagne. Please note that in order to ensure impeccable service, an Annex of the Villa is reserved for the Staff.

Exterior

Against the blue background of the sea, among lemon trees, the Villa’s manicured garden offers many places to relax. The private pool with diving board features a large solarium with sunbeds and an exceptional view of the island of Capri. The outdoor dining area enjoys the sunset and is a perfect place to share a wonderful Italian dinner. Some of the ingredients that Guests will enjoy, such as basil, mint, parsley, rosemary, tomatoes, and chili peppers, come from the private vegetable garden tended by the Villa Chef.

Location

Capri, with its Faraglioni, ‘La Piazzetta’ and Grotta Azzurra, needs no introduction. Anacapri is the least touristy part of the island, the most preserved. The Villa stands within the oasis of Anacapri’s Silvania Park and is 5 minutes from Anacapri heliport, 10 minutes from ‘La Piazzetta’ and 15 minutes from the port.

Service

Guests at the Villa will be pampered by five-star service at any time of day or night. Breakfasts and multi-course dinners are prepared by an in-house Italian chef from one of Italy’s most renowned Academies, Eccellenze Campane. Meals will be served by a full-time professional butler. A 24/7 concierge service can provide a tailored vacation experience. Finally, by reservation, Guests have access to the Property’s excellent wine cellar, which boasts the largest private collection of fine wines and cigars in the region.

Activities

Guests can choose from a variety of available activities, such as renting the Villa’s private speedboat to visit the coast, including the Faraglioni and the Blue Grotto, and the main resorts of the Amalfi Coast, such as Sorrento, Amalfi, and Positano. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy scuba diving experiences with a qualified instructor, tennis and paddle boarding, guided mountain bike tours, sailing and windsurfing lessons, and personal yoga classes. Personal shoppers and beauty treatments, cooking classes, babysitting and childcare, and specialized food supplies are also available. Guests can have a private beach picnic or plan more important events such as weddings. Finally, several types of transfers are available to Guests, including helicopter and boat transfers.
