The interiors of Villa Rocca Luxury Retreat reflect a deep respect for local heritage. Vaulted ceilings, natural stone, and soft earthy tones create a warm and welcoming ambiance. Each of the nine spacious bedrooms features either a king or super-king bed. Ten bathrooms ensure privacy and convenience for every guest. A rock-carved dining room sets the scene for unforgettable meals, while the chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for any culinary occasion.

Exteriors

Outside, the Villa Rocca Luxury Retreat is surrounded by 11,000 square meters of terraced gardens. Over 100 ancient olive and almond trees grow alongside fragrant herbs like rosemary, sage, and lavender. The top of the estate features an infinity pool, hot tub, and sauna, each offering sweeping views of the countryside. A summer kitchen with a wood-fired pizza oven and barbecue invites guests to dine under the stars.

We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.

The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.

The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).

If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.

In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.

SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).

The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
