Inside, Villa Poggio Genovese offers six beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own character and atmosphere, together with five bathrooms. Contemporary artworks appear throughout the house and create a sophisticated yet inspiring environment. At the same time, modern comforts such as Smart TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher and oven ensure a relaxed stay. Daily housekeeping is provided by a maid who can also prepare and serve meals on request. This attentive service allows guests to fully unwind. In addition, the villa features four different dining areas. Therefore, guests can enjoy meals in varied settings depending on the time of day and their mood. Fresh seasonal produce from the vegetable garden adds an authentic touch to home-cooked dishes.
Exteriors
Outdoors, landscaped gardens surround the villa and create a serene atmosphere where art and nature blend harmoniously. A private swimming pool invites guests to relax and enjoy the Tuscan sunshine. Villa Poggio Genovese enjoys a convenient yet tranquil position about one hour by car from Fiumicino International Airport. Although the setting feels private, many activities are easily accessible nearby. Guests can enjoy scenic bike rides, horse riding or long walks immersed in nature. Tennis facilities are also available in the area. Furthermore, the sea lies just 14 km away, offering easy access to beaches and coastal experiences. Within about 30 minutes, guests can reach Porto Ercole, Porto Santo Stefano and Cala Galera for yacht rentals. Golf lovers can also visit Monte Argentario Golf Club. In addition, the surrounding villages offer excellent restaurants where visitors can discover local cuisine and regional specialties.

Booking and Payment

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
