This historic villa is perfect for families and groups, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. Spanning three floors, Todi Historic Mansion offers 4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a spacious entrance that leads to a grand living room with large panoramic windows, a billiard table, and a piano—ideal for relaxation and socializing. Adjacent to the living room is a dining room connected to a fully-equipped kitchen through a convenient pass-through. The ground floor also includes a dedicated TV room for entertainment, a service bathroom, and a private consecrated chapel, providing a serene space for reflection. The first floor features three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower), and a cozy single bedroom, offering flexibility and comfort for families or groups. On the second floor, there is an additional double bedroom and a bathroom, ensuring privacy for all guests across the villa’s multiple levels.

Exteriors

The estate’s expansive two-hectare grounds showcase the natural beauty of Umbria. Guests can explore an ancient forest filled with oak, maritime pine, laurel, and acacia trees, each adding to the villa’s serene and historical ambiance. Throughout the garden, visitors will find unique historical features, including sandstone seating from the 1700s, three elegant stone fountains, and a beautifully preserved fountain façade dating back to 1589. The grounds also include a young olive grove and open, fertile fields, providing lovely views and a sense of tranquility. For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.

The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.

The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).

If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.

In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.

SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).

The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
