As you enter San Pietro Swimming Pool Villa, you’ll immediately notice its warm and welcoming atmosphere. The property includes three comfortable bedrooms. Two have double beds, and one of these also includes a single bed, accommodating up to three guests. The third bedroom comes with two single beds, making the space ideal for families or small groups.

The villa also features two modern bathrooms, each with a shower. To ensure your comfort during the warmer months, air conditioning is available in every room. In addition, you can count on fast Wi-Fi throughout the house, making it easy to stay connected.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed to meet the needs of any guest. It includes an oven, dishwasher, and all essential cookware. Thanks to its panoramic windows, the cook can enjoy views of the garden and veranda, while staying engaged with guests.

One of the standout features of the villa is the 40 m² open veranda, newly built and featuring handcrafted arches made from local limestone. This area serves as the heart of the home — a spacious living area perfect for socializing, dining, or simply relaxing in the shade.

Step outside San Pietro Swimming Pool Villa, and you’ll discover a space designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The saltwater pool, measuring 8 x 4 meters and 1.6 meters deep, is perfect for a refreshing swim at any time of day.

Around the pool, you’ll find a well-furnished outdoor area complete with poufs, umbrellas, cozy sofas, and a barbecue zone. Whether you’re hosting a casual dinner or unwinding with a book, the space offers everything you need.

Moreover, guests love the spacious outdoor shower with hot water, especially during the warmer summer evenings. It adds an extra touch of comfort after a day at the beach or by the pool.

For your privacy and safety, the villa includes a fully fenced courtyard with automatic gate access and video surveillance.

Location

San Pietro Swimming Pool Villa is located in San Pietro in Bevagna, a tranquil village on the coast of Manduria. The area is surrounded by the famous vineyards of Primitivo di Manduria, offering a truly authentic Apulian experience.

You can take peaceful walks through the countryside, observe locals tending to their vineyards, and — if you visit in August — witness the grape harvest. Although the beach is just a short walk or drive away, the villa remains immersed in nature, giving you the best of both worlds: coastal access and rural charm.

We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.

The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.

The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).

If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.

In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.

SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).

The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
