Interiors

Typical olive trees of the region surround this Ostuni Resort in groves, giving it a most authentic aura. The architect designed the property using bioarchitecture principles to create a timeless property. Overall, it stands as a prime example of local rural architecture. It does this by merging several buildings as part of one unique environment. In addition, the large kitchen and living room unite the three separate stone buildings. These include the unique trulli structures, cylindrical huts made of stone, which are typical of the region. The space provides two kitchens, three living rooms, one of which is very large. There is a plethora of outdoor space that revolves around the large pool. Overall, in the Ostuni Resort there are eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms, for a maximum occupancy of 20 people. Six of the rooms are double, two of which convertible into triple rooms with extra beds. The seventh room is a quadruple and the last room, with king size bed, is located in the beautiful Saraceno, one of the traditional Apulian structures of the Resort. The designers of this Ostuni Resort put contemporary works of art by Italian and foreign emerging artists in the rooms and lounges. These works are part of the owner’s collection of modern art. It displays the main expressive trends of the time. Finally, the space is complete with high speed WiFi, a DVD player, a stereo, a high definition TV (open access to Netflix) and a built in safe for valuables. Moreover you will be able to use a computer and a printer. Guests can also use the washing machine and tumble dryer during their stay. The Ostuni Resort’s pool house has also been recently converted into a gym, equipped with exercise equipment and a message table. For a small additional fee, guests can book for a masseur to visit.

Exteriors

The large pool and surrounding area provide the ultimate space for relaxation. Moreover, there is also the BBQ area with a traditional wood-burning oven. Near this area there is a covered space with tables and chairs set up for al fresco dining. Additionally, a stunning wooden porch will delight guest who wish to dine with doors open or closed.  This communal environment allows family and friends the opportunity to spend a wonderful holiday in continual celebration and privacy. For lovers of natural food, the villa offers a vegetable garden with fresh products.

You will find this villa in close proximity to Ostuni a must see whitewashed village in Puglia. Additionally, it is only a 15 minute drive from the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic coast. It has a central position with respect to all of the Val D’Itria villages. Guests can reach the airports of Brindisi and Bari at 40Km and 100 Km away respectively.
