Interiors

Inside, Li Cafari Historic Masseria harmonizes historical elements with contemporary design. A seven-meter-high glazed atrium connects the two historic wings and floods the space with natural light. On the ground floor, a 320 sqm double-height living area unfolds into three lounge zones, a monumental concrete fireplace, and a dining room for 16 guests with panoramic sea views. Adjacent to this space, the Ernesto Meda–designed kitchen extends over seven meters and features two stone islands, while a guest bathroom completes the layout.

The eight luxury suites offer private and comfortable retreats. Each suite includes an en-suite bathroom, a dressing area, and a private garden with an outdoor shower. In addition, three of the suites are enhanced by their own private living rooms. Upstairs, a large sea-view terrace overlooks the Gulf of Taranto, and on clear days, the mountains of Calabria are visible in the distance. Further interior spaces include a breakfast lounge, a second kitchen, a gym, a hammam, and a service bathroom. Throughout the villa, the interior design blends Scandinavian vintage pieces from the 1960s and 1970s with modern furniture, iconic design works, eclectic art, and authentic textile accents, creating a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.

Exteriors

Outdoor areas further enhance the connection between the masseria and its natural surroundings. The rooms open directly onto gardens and outdoor lounge spaces, while century-old pine trees provide shaded areas for relaxation. Set within the olive grove, the 15×5m swimming pool is paired with a solarium dedicated to sunbathing. Moreover, the property features a vegetable garden, an orchard, and functional service areas for storage and parking.
