Interiors

Our Le Marche large villa sleeps up to 35+13 guests in 16 bedrooms. The villa consists of four different structures, plus several suites and apartments with their own living areas and bathrooms. Guests will find 9 kitchens, one of which is professional.

The main structure has 7 bedrooms. The master suite with en-suite bathroom also features a kitchen. Here it is possible to add 2 single beds. The second and third rooms are triple rooms, each with en-suite bathroom. In both bedrooms it is possible to add an extra bed. The forth room has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a double sofa bed, another bathroom and a small living area with kitchen. The firth room has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Here you can add an extra single bed. The sixth and seventh rooms have both en-suite bathrooms and double beds.

The second structure features a triple room (with double bed and single bed) with adjacent bathroom, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The third structure has three bedrooms. The master suite has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a double sofa bed with another bathroom, and a small kitchen. The second room with en-suite bathroom has a double bed and a double sofa bed. The last room with en-suite bathroom has a double bed.

The forth structure features four bedrooms, three of them with en-suite bathrooms and double beds. The last room has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, a double sofa bed, a second bathroom, and a small living area with kitchen. In the living it is possible to add two single beds.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, air conditioning and television. The bedrooms  have lovely views out over the park that surrounds the house.

The living spaces and rooms of this beautiful property are comfortable with modern decor. From the original terracotta tile flooring to the wood beams, this villa combines charming original features with luxurious furnishings.

As well as the smaller sitting rooms, guests will also find a large communal living room. Here you can use the television and several comfortable sofas. Guests can also use several well-equipped kitchens. As well as this, two rooms on the ground floor have wheelchair access. Guests will have access to WiFi internet and central heating throughout the property, and we can arrange a delicious buffet breakfast should you wish. The property also has its own chapel.

 Exteriors

Our Borgo San Severino dates back to the 18th century. It is the renovated residence of an aristocratic Italian family. The current owners have lovingly restored the property, creating a peaceful oasis in the heart of Le Marche. A beautiful park surrounds the house, with groves of lemon trees and flowering roses and jasmine. The house opens up onto a large terrace that looks out over the private swimming pool and the gently sloping hills of San Severino. Families will enjoy the garden that surrounds the pool. It has a children’s playground and plenty of open space to explore. Adults can also enjoy the outdoor living area with barbecue, perfect for an evening meal overlooking the quiet beauty of the valley. Finally, pets are also allowed, though extra charges apply.

Location

This Le Marche large villa is in the heart of the countryside around San Severino Marche. This ancient village has a rich history and guests should plan on visiting both the 10th century cathedral and the various archaeological sites there. The medieval buildings that remain are fascinating, and guests can pick up fresh produce at the local market in Piazza del Popolo. The villa is also perfectly located to reach the thermal baths at Tolentino, which are only a 15 minute drive away. Furthermore for those looking to explore the natural beauty of Le Marche, the villa is just one hour away from the coastline of Conero and the Sibillini mountains.
