Oliveto Grand Villa spans over 600 square meters, offering ample space for large groups. Its interiors are thoughtfully designed, blending calming neutrals with modern furnishings. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors seamlessly connect the indoors to the scenic outdoor areas.
There are six spacious bedrooms, each equipped with king-size beds that can convert to twins, ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, and private terraces or balconies. Four bedrooms feature sea views, while others overlook the medieval town of Civitanova Alta. There is an attic-level bedroom that includes a lounge area and kitchenette, providing additional privacy. It can be rented at an extra rate.
The villa’s living spaces include three separate lounges, ensuring everyone finds a spot to relax. The family room, equipped with a 65-inch TV, is perfect for cozy movie nights. Meanwhile, the open-concept kitchen and dining area, with high-end appliances such as a six-ring gas cooker and wine cooler, cater to culinary enthusiasts. Dining spaces—both indoor and outdoor—comfortably seat up to 12 guests, making every meal a memorable experience.
Exteriors
The outdoor spaces are equally stunning. The 12-meter infinity pool offers panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and the rolling Le Marche hills. Surrounding the pool are a sundeck with 12 loungers, shaded areas, and a fire pit for evening gatherings.
Guests can enjoy table tennis, table football, or relax in one of five dedicated yoga and meditation spots. The manicured gardens, with walking paths and terraces, provide both sunny and shaded areas throughout the day.
For alfresco dining, the villa features a large outdoor kitchen equipped with a double gas BBQ and a pizza oven. It is the perfect space to host unforgettable meals while taking in the breathtaking surroundings.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
