Interiors

Originally an old farm dating back to 700 years, the Dolomites Grand Chalet was under careful renovation, as to preserve its distinctly familiar character. Today, the natural stone walls, the wooden beams and the contemporary furnishings offer guests a warm and welcoming environment, making it a unique refuge from everyday life.

Crossing the chalet’s doorway, guests are greeted by a discreet and intimate living room, characterized by warm shades, light wood and natural stone. The adjoining room persuades visitors to enjoy relaxing game-night and a good glass of wine. Also an excellent place to concentrate, check emails or organize small meetings, the space can also double as a cozy office space.

In what was originally the living room, today lies the property’s dining room – with ravishing panoramic views of the mountain scenery. As in all the rooms of the chalet, also here the smooth color palette, the wooden materials and soft fabrics tie to refined accessories and furnishings. In warm weather, the sunny terrace and the garden become a cozy outdoor lounge.

Divided into three floors are the property’s five suites. Each suite with its own character, from spacious ones designed for families to the more intimate ones for romantic moments of intimacy, here too tradition meets modernity. The largest suite sleeps 4+2 people and consists of two double bedrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. The suite has a private terrace and direct access to the garden. The second suite sleeps 2+2 people and has a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a private terrace and a bathroom with shower. The third suite can accomodate 2+1/2 people and has a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed for 1/2 people, a private terrace and a bathroom with shower. The forth suite has a romantic touch and features a double bedroom, a living room with double sofa bed, a private terrace anche a bathroom with shower. The fifth suite sleeps 2 people and boasts a large double bedroom with a spectacular view off the Dolomites, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and direct access to the garden. The chalet also offers a sixth bedroom with bathroom for accompanying staff.

Heading downstairs, the Spa, also designed in a rustic style with a contemporary touch, is the perfect retreat – dedicated to some much needed rest. Enjoy the scent of Swiss pine wood and the indirect light, together with the indoor swimming pool, equipped with a counter-current swimming system, the bio sauna, the classic Finnish sauna, the massage room, the Turkish bath, the solarium and two bar with drinks, teas, coffee and snacks.

Exteriors

With its traditional alpine style and terraced structure, the Dolomites Grand Chalet fits beautifully into the surrounding greenery. Boasting a lush garden, romantic balconies, cozy niches and an open fireplace, the outside space also counts with an extension of the spa, where an outdoor hot tub and a sunbathing lawn offer graceful views of the Dolomites. Parking for 6 cars.

Location

Located up the stunning Renon plateau, this chalet is an absolute delight. To reach the Dolomites Grand Chalet, the drive up the hills takes guests to a number of small villages until it reaches the pristine forest. In the middle of this enchanting scenery lies the chalet, hidden from sight but at a short half-hour drive from Bolzano.
