Interiors

This splendid historic residence is the epitome of Italian luxury. It can accommodate 9 Guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms. The four main Suites have a double bed (3 king size beds and a Queen Size bed), while the fifth room has a single bed and is suitable for service staff.

The Tower is arranged on 4 levels connected by an internal staircase. The ground floor opens into a large scenic living room with breathtaking views of the sea. From here you have access to the panoramic terrace, one of the highlights of the Villa. On the same floor is the dining area, the kitchen and 2 double Suites.

A staircase leads to the lower level, which also opens to the sea, where is the third Suite. The exterior of this level is built almost on the rocks of the coast. Here Guests will find a wonderful table for eating al fresco and the solarium area, with cushions for sunbathing. The path to the sea also starts from this terrace.

Above the living room, the first floor of the Villa is occupied by a sitting room with TV, while the second floor is entirely devoted to the splendid master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The fifth room with en-suite bathroom has a single bed and is suitable for service personnel.

All Suites have air conditioning.

Exteriors

The Tower boasts an outstanding location overlooking the sea and the Monte Argentario peninsula. A first large panoramic terrace is located at the level of the main living room and features elegant chaises longues and an ultimate outdoor relaxation area. From the second terrace, where the al fresco dining table and the sunbathing area are, Guests can reach the sea in a few steps.

The private cove reserved to the Guests boasts crystal-clear waters and is equipped with a ladder mounted on the rocks which allows for easy bathing.

Location

The villa stands on the coast of Ansedonia, the beautiful promontory in southern Tuscany. Near the villa is the very long sandy beach of Feniglia, reachable in a few minutes by car, which connects Ansedonia with the Argentario peninsula. Here the Villa Guests will find delightful seaside restaurants and beach resorts. The nearest town is Orbetello, a 10-minute drive from the Villa. Here you will find ATMs, markets and shops.

From the Villa it is possible to visit the Argentario coast and the Tuscan islands by boat, to explore the hinterland with its characteristic art villages, and to visit Monte Argentario and the fishing village of Porto Ercole, which in summer comes alive with an animated nightlife.
