This village has a perfect location half way up the western side of Como Lake, reachable by car from Como town or Lugano in Switzerland, through the pass of Porlezza, but also by ferry from Bellagio or Varenna. Como Lake is well known for the most beautiful Italian villas. We really recommend to visit the magnificent Garden of Villa Carlotta, Villa Melzi, Villa Serbelloni and Villa Monastero. There are a lot of activities in and around Menaggio. From sailing, play tennis, play golf in one of the oldest golf course of Europe (Golf Club Menaggio & Cadenabbia), water skiing, kite surfing or having lunch at Comacina Island.

The living room is divided in two: on one side there are two comfortable sofas, coffee table, fireplace, Sat TV, DVD, and sounds system; the second features three soft sofas with a coffee table, ideal area for chatting and relaxing with friends. The dining area with wooden table and chairs is situated in front of the open space kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine. The apartment has air conditioning and central heating, and can host up to 12 people. There are six double bedrooms. Each bedroom features a king size bed, night tables, wardrobe, safe and en-suite bathroom.

Exteriors

The apartment has a spacious terrace with 180° view overlooking the Como Lake. The terrace has a comfortable sunbed for relaxing and a jacuzzi for six people. The property offers also a private parking and several bikes that you can use during your stay.
