This delightful Sicilian country villa has retained a traditional flavor in the recent renovation, which has given the property a modern and welcoming interior. The spacious lounge features light wooden ceilings and floors and a soothing pastel color palette. Next to the living room is the large dining room with access to the garden and the kitchen, also equipped with French windows opening onto the outdoor area.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom. The first room is located near the kitchen and is also accessible from the outside. The second room is located on the first floor and is only accessible by an external staircase.
Air conditioning is only found in the bedrooms.
Exteriors
The villa is surrounded by a breathtaking landscape, with mountains and hills sloping down to the sea, which is visible from the villa. The exterior is particularly pleasant, with a panoramic lounge and dining area in the shade of a pergola. The swimming pool is equipped with sun beds.
Location
The villa is located 10 minutes by car from the village of Campofelice di Roccella, known for its paradisiacal white beach. At 30 minutes by car stands the vivid village of Cefalù, with its splendid historic center and beautiful beaches. Inland, guests can visit the Madonie Park with its unspoiled nature, one of the most beautiful natural parks in Sicily. Palermo, an unmissable destination for a day trip, is 1 hour away by car.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
