Interiors
Serene Countryside Masseria features six light-filled and recently renovated bedrooms. Each one has been thoughtfully decorated to reflect themes from local Puglian life. Four of the bedrooms come with private en-suite bathrooms, while two other bathrooms and an additional toilet serve the remaining rooms.
Inside, the home combines traditional charm with modern amenities. Guests can relax in a cozy living room with a smart TV, enjoy a game in the dedicated games room, or stay active in the gym. For those interested in wellness, yoga mats and accessories are provided. Looking ahead, a covered yoga pavilion and a pickleball court will also be available starting in 2026.
The kitchen space is ideal for shared meals. The main open-plan kitchen includes two ovens, a gas hob, an American-style fridge/freezer, a wine cooler, two dishwashers, and both espresso and filter coffee machines. A second kitchen and additional fridge space ensure plenty of room for food preparation. Moreover, there are three dining areas to choose from: indoors, on the shaded terrace, and by the pool, all with seating for 10 to 12 guests.
Exteriors
Outdoors, Serene Countryside Masseria is surrounded by over one hectare of private land, filled with pine and olive trees. The garden is a blend of natural beauty and purposeful design. The newly installed 10 x 4 meter pool is at the center of the space, complete with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a shaded pergola for lounging. Pool heating is available on request.
Children will find plenty to enjoy, including a German-imported play area, a trampoline, and a large lawn perfect for football or other games. Adults, meanwhile, can relax under the stars, share a long lunch by the pool, or enjoy their favorite music thanks to the Sonos sound system that covers both indoor and outdoor areas.
Location
Guests are just a short drive from Ostuni, one of the most iconic towns in Puglia, and close to many other charming villages such as Carovigno, Ceglie Messapica, and San Vito dei Normanni. The coastline, with its sandy beaches and beach clubs, is just 15 minutes away. For travel connections, Brindisi airport is 30 minutes away and Bari airport is reachable in about an hour.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
