Interiors
The living area of the villa consists of a large living room with fireplace. This in turn leads on to a more intimate lounge and dining room. Guests will also find a studio and a well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area there are four elegant suites and three bathrooms. The owners have lovingly decorated the villa with luxurious furnishings. There are also original features such as exposed wooden beams and stone arches.
Exteriors
Dating back to the 17th century, this elegant masseria boasts a lovely location. Three hectares of land surround the villa, creating a peaceful atmosphere. In addition the garden has plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the sun. There are beautiful views out over the countryside of Puglia. Furthermore in the courtyard guests will find an outdoor dining table and lounge. Finally the swimming pool has plenty of sun beds and a pretty dining table under the shade of a porch covered with creepers.
Location
This Salento luxury masseria is located in the countryside between Putignano and Alberobello, in beautiful Puglia. The fascinating region of Valle d’Itria has beautiful hillsides covered with olive groves and stunning villages. The most beautiful include Matera and Castellana Grotte. Nearby guests will also find several beautiful seaside destinations such as Monopoli and Polignano. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the sea by car. As well as this two exclusive golf clubs, San Domenico di Savelletri and Barialto are nearby. Finally, for history lovers there are many typical trulli in the area.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
