Interiors
The villa is arranged over two levels and offers a total of four bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, and two have standard beds; all bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms with underfloor heating.
On the ground floor, guests will find two spacious suites. The Patio Suite measures approximately 30 square meters and has a private entrance. It includes a sleeping area and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. In addition, a design alcove houses an amber-colored resin bathtub.
The Magnolia bedroom is bright and spacious. It features a separate designer wardrobe area and a large en-suite bathroom with an oversized shower.
Upstairs, the first floor offers two bedrooms and is accessible either externally via a stone staircase or internally through a spiral staircase. The Lecci bedroom is filled with natural light and features a king-size bed and a spacious wardrobe alcove. It also includes a living area with a fireplace, a private bathroom with shower, and a balcony.
The San Martino bedroom is another bright double room. It features two balconies and a distinctive open shower within the bedroom itself, along with a private bathroom. This room is accessed via the internal spiral staircase. Additionally, when used as a family suite, it can connect directly to the Lecci bedroom.
Throughout the interiors, the original character of the masseria has been carefully preserved. Skilled local artisans have contributed handcrafted details that enhance both the elegance and authenticity of the property.
Exteriors
Outside, Masseria Il Pergolo is surrounded by a large stone wall decorated with late Rococo details. This architectural feature adds significant historical value to the property.
The orchard and the square kitchen garden stand out as distinctive elements of the estate. The grounds also include a stone canopy inspired by Baroque design, reflecting the craftsmanship of the period.
The outdoor areas highlight the close relationship between nature and daily life. Guests can fully enjoy the atmosphere of a traditional Apulian masseria while relaxing in a historic and authentic setting.

Booking and Payment

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
