Interiors

The first floor of the Madonie Panoramic Villa consists of a spacious living and dining area, constantly flooded with light thanks to large bay windows facing the panorama. A charming lounge area neighbours a stylish dining table facing a flat screen TV. Across from the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with a bar. Extremely modern, it also includes a TV, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher and all kitchen utensils. This floor also features a bathroom, and a laundry room for guests’ convenience.

Going down the modern staircase, guests are greeted by two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Charmingly decorated, they are both are air conditioned and share a modern bathroom. The twin bedroom features large sliding doors leading to the pool area.

All the way upstairs, on the top floor, guests will find another double bedroom and twin bedroom, both air conditioned. They also share a stylish and spacious bathroom containing both a shower and a bathtub.

Wifi is available throughout the Madonie Panoramic Villa.

Exteriors

The sitting area and kitchen directly access an outside dining and lounge area, ideal for summer meals. This balcony overlooks the swimming pool below and the splendid surrounding landscape. Walk down the outside staircase to access the superb pool equipped with deckchairs, an outside shower and surrounded with a lawn, trees and neatly trimmed hedges. A barbecue is also at your disposal. The 360 view from the garden stretches from the coastline to the countryside, allowing guests to soak up Sicily’s outstanding beauty. The top floor also features a balcony with its own sitting area, accessible from the twin room for guests to truly make the most of the landscape.

Location

Located in the Palermo area, the villa is within a short drive of countless Sicilian treasures. Lascari is the closest village and contains local shops and restaurants for guests to savour the local cuisine. The Madonie National Park is also within reach and is ideal for scenic walks exploring the surrounding nature. We also recommend visiting the historical seaside town of Cefalù, only a short drive away with its stunning cathedral and clear water beaches.

Among the closest beaches, Lido di Cefalù, a coastline easily reachable from Cefalù center, one and a half kilometers long. The coast offers numerous other beaches suitable for all tastes, such as the beach Salinelle, Capo Playa, Pollina and the beach of Sant’Ambrogio.
